What’s included in a membership?

We offer three membership options, based on the athlete’s age and goals:

1) Athletic Performance Training (APT)

Format: Semi-private (1–4 athletes)

Ages: High School, College, & Pro

Sessions: 60 minutes focused on movement efficiency, strength & conditioning, speed, and agility — built to translate directly to basketball.

2) Basketball Skills Training

Format: Small group (4–8 athletes)

Ages: Middle School, High School, College, & Pro

Sessions: 60 minutes focused on game-ready fundamentals — shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, and decision-making.

3) Youth Athlete Strength & Speed

Format: Group training (youth-focused)

Ages: 5th–8th Grade

Sessions: Strength, speed, agility, coordination, and movement foundations — designed to build confidence and athleticism safely.

Not sure which to choose?

If your athlete needs to get stronger/faster and move better, start with Athletic Performance Training (APT). If they want to improve shooting/handling/finishing, choose Skills Training. For 5th–8th graders, the best fit is Youth Athlete Strength & Speed (foundations first).

How long is a membership month?

Our memberships are structured as a 12-week commitment (3 months) to ensure consistency and real results.

How does membership billing work?

Your card is automatically charged every two weeks for a total of 6 billing cycles (covering 12 weeks). At the end of the 12 week period, your billing cycle will automatically reset and you will be re-enrolled for another 12 weeks.

Can I pause my membership?

Pauses for injury or vacation are allowed for up to 8 weeks (with approval). After that, the membership will automatically end.

How do I cancel my membership?

You cannot cancel within the 12 week billing cycle. However, you may give notice that you do not plan to renew your membership with us as you near the end of your 12 week subscription. If you rejoin later, you’ll follow our current rates.

When does my membership start?

Membership starts as soon as you register, so your player can attend scheduled sessions right away.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can! You’re free to upgrade your plan anytime, and if you ever decide to downgrade, that’ll simply take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds on training sessions?

All training sessions are non-refundable. Our program is built on the principle that "consistency is the only way to see results", and we encourage every athlete to stay committed to the process. If you have questions feel free to reach us at [email protected]

Which session is right for my athlete?

Let your athlete join a free evaluationl! Our coaches will assess their skills and recommend the program that’s the best fit to help them grow and reach their goals.

What ages or skill levels can join?

All ages and skill levels are welcome! From beginners to advanced athletes, including high school and pro players.

What equipment do I need for training?

Come ready to work: athletic clothes + training shoes. We provide basketballs, water, and all training equipment.

Can parents stay and watch?

Absolutely — you’re welcome to stay and watch from our lobby. For safety and to help athletes stay locked in, we keep the training area coach/athlete only during sessions.

Can I reschedule a session if I can’t attend?

Of course! Just let your trainer know at least 4 hours ahead. Make sure to use rescheduled sessions within 2 weeks.

We start with an evaluation, then train athletes in small groups with high-level coaching, clear progressions, and measurable tracking. Our programs develop both sides of the game: athletic performance (strength, explosiveness, speed, deceleration/braking, change of direction, and durability) and basketball skill development (shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, and decision-making). Athletes don’t just work hard — they improve week to week with a long term plan in mind.
