3 Different Types of Memberships
1. Athletic Performance Training
- Semi-Private (1-4 Athletes)
- Age groups: Grades 3–6, Grades 7–9, High School, College, and Pro Athletes
- 1‑hour sessions focused on movement, strength & conditioning, speed & agility
2. Basketball Skills
- Small Group (4-8 Athletes)
- Age groups: High School, College, and Pro Athletes
- 1‑hour sessions focused on game‑ready fundamentals
3. Hybrid (Combination of the 2 Programs Above)
- Age groups: 8th Grade, High School, College, and Pro Athletes
One month = 4 weeks for all membership options.
Your card is automatically charged every two weeks for a total of 6 billing cycles (covering 12 weeks). At the end of the 12 week period, your billing cycle will automatically reset and you will be re-enrolled for another 12 weeks.
Pauses for injury or vacation are allowed for up to 8 weeks (with approval). After that, the membership will automatically end.
You cannot cancel within the 12 week billing cycle. However, you may give notice that you do not plan to renew your membership with us as you near the end of your 12 week subscription. If you rejoin later, you’ll follow our current rates.
Membership starts as soon as you register, so your player can attend scheduled sessions right away.
Yes, you can! You’re free to upgrade your plan anytime, and if you ever decide to downgrade, that’ll simply take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
All training sessions are non-refundable. Our program is built on the principle that "consistency is the only way to see results", and we encourage every athlete to stay committed to the process. If you have questions feel free to reach us at [email protected]

All ages and skill levels are welcome! From beginners to advanced athletes, including high school and pro players.

Absolutely! We love having parents cheer—it’s motivating for players and fun to see their progress.
Of course! Just let your trainer know at least 4 hours ahead. Make sure to use rescheduled sessions within 2 weeks.
