Injury History Review
Understanding any past or current injuries to ensure safe and effective training.
Performance Testing
Hawkin Dynamics Force Plate Testing: Provides data on force production, asymmetries, and power output to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Vertical Jump Testing: Measures explosive power and lower-body strength.
Mobility and Flexibility Testing: Evaluates joint range of motion and functional movement patterns.
Strength Testing Across Multiple Planes: Assesses foundational strength and stability. We use metrics including isometric strength, rate of force development, dynamic strength and power outputs.
Data-Driven Insights
Athletes and parents receive a detailed printout of all testing results, providing a clear understanding of baseline metrics and areas of focus.
